Regional Meetings

President Tom Edwards will be hosting Regional Meetings across the State to brainstorm better solutions to issues facing retailers. Tom will use the Regional Meetings as forums to field questions and address issues of importance to retailers, and will share this information with the SLA and NYSLSA members, alike.

The first in a series of Regional Meetings kicked off last week in Buffalo, NY on September 3. The meeting was well received by attendees in Western New York, as they were able to engage with the president and colleagues during an interactive informational meeting session.

2014 Annual Holiday Tradeshow in Albany and Rochester

As you know, the Tradeshows are fast approaching. We hope to see many of you on October 14 in Albany at the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center, and also in our new location at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center on October 16!

Your attendance supports the New York State Liquor Store Association (NYSLSA) and small businesses across the State. We generate revenue through our Holiday Tradeshows, mainly through our relationship with Distributors and Suppliers, and your time and participation is what gives incentive to distributors to come back and showcase year after year.

Tom and members of the Board of Directors traveled to Rochester last week to tour the Rochester Riverside Convention Center one last time before the Tradeshow. With over 50,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space and a state-of-the-art Convention Center, we are confident this show will be the best yet!
